Cup Canvas was born from a simple idea:

Founded by husband-and-wife team Reannon Crider and Mark Butler, Cup Canvas began with a shared love for coffee, creativity, and connection. After years working in customer service and national sales, they saw a major gap in the industry: companies offering custom cups and sleeves often lacked personal service, reliable turnaround, and a genuine partnership mindset.

Determined to change that, they set out to build a company that feels as approachable as your favorite branded cup supplier, but with the resources and reach to serve clients nationwide. Meet the Cup Canvas Team

Reannon Crider

Born and raised in beautiful Montana, Reannon has spent more than 12 years working in customer service and building relationships with people from all walks of life. She’s always had a love for dogs, the outdoors, good food — and of course, coffee and tea! After a decade in the corporate world, she realized she wanted something more personal and creative. That dream turned into Cup Canvas — a business built around bringing personality and heart to every custom cup and sleeve. Reannon saw a real need for a company that values genuine connections, fast service, and the kind of one-on-one care that makes customers feel like family. Today, she’s proud to help coffee shops, restaurants, and brands nationwide bring their stories to life, one cup at a time.

Mark Butler

Mark was born in Lincoln, California, but his life has taken him all over the U.S., giving him a love for adventure, people, and trying new things. With more than 16 years in sales — from tech and sports to restaurant supplies and finance — Mark has always had a passion for helping businesses grow. After serving as a National Sales Director in the restaurant supply world, he teamed up with his wife, Reannon, to start something of their own. Together, they turned their shared love for great service (and great coffee) into Cup Canvas. When Mark isn’t working with vendors or managing sales, you can usually find him golfing, fishing, or hanging out with Reannon and their four dogs, enjoying the great outdoors.

Together, Reannon and Mark are the husband-and-wife team behind Cup Canvas — blending creativity, customer care, and a whole lot of heart to deliver custom cups and sleeves that make every sip a little more special.
